Health and Wellness Programs1. We provide a variety of programs for health, wellness, rejuvenation, and condition management ("Program(s)"), which you may access and learn about on our website, as well as download in Portable Document Format (PDF).
2. You can indicate your interest in enrolling in a program by sending us a note. We will contact you as soon as possible to further discuss your interest in such a program. By clicking the enroll button on any Program page, you are not enrolled in the program; rather, you are expressing your desire to enroll in such a program.
Consultancy1. We provide consultancy services; you may request a consultation with Dr. Priya Vasudevan, our nutritionist, or one of our life coaches.
2. Consultancy services are only available by scheduling an appointment with Dr. Priya Vasudevan, our nutritionist, or life coaches. To arrange an appointment, you must pay costs for the consultation service; upon successful completion of the payment, we will confirm your appointment with us under the terms and conditions outlined above.
3. You will get confirmation of an appointment for a consultation with us through the Website, SMS, email, or another online communication or messaging tool. We have the right to reschedule or cancel appointments without prior notice. The consultation time supplied to you is indicative, and the actual consultation time may differ at our discretion. You are not permitted to cancel or postpone a consultation appointment at any time or under any circumstances. You are not entitled to a refund or compensation for canceling an appointment.
Blogs1. We post health and wellness blogs on our website; please read them for informational reasons only. Such blogs should never be interpreted as advice in any manner.
2. Blogs are published on a set date and may not be updated from time to time. We accept no responsibility for such out-of-date blogs or other content.
Supplementary Support:• It's important to note that while our services aim to enhance your overall well-being, they are not intended to replace the advice or treatment provided by your primary healthcare provider.
• We encourage you to maintain regular check-ups with your healthcare professional and to inform them of any changes to your diet or lifestyle.
• For acute conditions such as fever and cold, we recommend seeking immediate care from your primary care doctor.
• Our team is available to provide support and guidance as a second opinion after consulting with your doctor.
• We encourage open communication between you, your primary care provider, and our team to ensure comprehensive and personalized care.
Chargeable Services:• Please note that any services provided outside of those included in your membership may be subject to additional charges.
• We will inform you in advance of any such charges and obtain your consent before proceeding with the service.
Refund policy:• All Payments made to the program are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Company is not obligated to reimburse any charge on any grounds, including humanitarian grounds, if claimed, as a result of any harm or death caused to the Client.
• Program Subscriptions once made/placed, cannot be canceled for any reason. There shall be no refunds.
Obligations and Covenants of the Client:• The Client acknowledges that the advice provided under the Program Term by Tula Wellness Hub is solely intended for the Client and cannot be used for any other individual.
• The Client acknowledges to provide complete and accurate information to us as required for fulfillment of services under the Program Terms.
• The Client is to inform us before the program begins if the Client wants to delay the start date of the program.
• Once the program begins, the Client may only put it on hold once during its duration for a maximum of two weeks.
Customized Diet Chart:• Your diet plan will be curated based on thorough discussions between you and our team.
• We value your input and will take into consideration your dietary preferences, health goals, and any specific requirements or restrictions you may have.
• Together, we will work to create a personalized nutrition plan that aligns with your needs and supports your journey toward optimal health.
Diet Plan Schedule:• Our membership program includes personalized diet plans, which will be provided once every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on individual needs and progress.
• These plans are designed to support your health and wellness goals and will be tailored to your specific requirements.
WhatsApp Support Availability:• As part of our commitment to your well-being, we offer WhatsApp support during our working hours, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST), Monday through Saturday.
• Please note that our team is unavailable to respond to messages outside of these hours or on holidays. We strive to address your inquiries and concerns promptly within our operating hours.
